Fabulous opportunity for an experienced Business Data Analyst / Business Improvement Analyst looking to join a forward-thinking, employee focussed organisation.
They require an individual who can tackle data-based issues from conception through to implementation. The role will involve working very closely with administrators and management to streamline and automate areas where data has become too big to manage efficiently. You will need experience in scoping issues, producing rectification plans, and developing solutions alongside processes and procedures.
Above all, you will be a ‘doer’, perhaps frustrated by a lack of autonomy in your current role. You will be a consummate professional who is well-presented and possesses superb written and verbal communication skills.

This role can be remote based, with the ideal candidate living within 2 hours of Cirencester.
