Location: Canberra, Australia
Salary: AUD48 - AUD53 per hour + Super This Department is centrally located in Civic and supports Australians throughout multiple stages in their life. This Department have been very active in their recruitment of data analysts over the last 18 months.
I’ve been working with this team for the last few years and know the positive culture and environment through having multiple contractors be made permanent in this team.
The Opportunity

- Work to an experienced EL2 who will provide you with insights from decades of experience in APS data analysis and reporting as you provide analytical support to answer interesting questions
The Role
- Combination of BAU and ad-hoc reporting
- Observe and be part of a whole new method of reporting
- Develop and analyse trends in the data
- Contribute to advice on data content to make the data ready for use by
Your Background and Experience
- Passionate about providing accurate answers to data questions
- Previous experience analysing large scale administrative data
- Curious about what the data is saying
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel
- Australian citizenship
Salary / Rate
- APS5 $48 - $53 per hour + Super
- 3 x positions available
- 6 month initial contract with potential for extension(s)
