As a Data Analyst, your main focus will be the end-user performance improvements of IT workplace services. Besides, you will:

  • Identify and designing data-driven analysis that meets business objectives and requirements, aligned to business and IT strategy.
  • Build and maintain an effective data warehouse across the Workplace- and other related services.
  • Work with technical and project teams to ensure that the value is delivered.
  • Ensure high quality supporting documentation is in place
  • Work together in a squad with our product owner, scrum master, solution engineer, and technical
    experts
