Cover during vacation requests and call outs

As a Concierge in assisted living & memory care, you''ll be responsible for warmly greeting visitors by phone or in person, scheduling resident transportation with our in-house drivers, and providing exceptional customer service. WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• Providing resort-level service to all our guests- residents, family members, vendors and service providers.
• Ensuring prompt responses to guests' inquiries and notifies the appropriate party immediately of issues and other concerns.
• Providing phone coverage for the community using a multi-line phone.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in verbal and written English
• Highly refined verbal communication skills
