Location: Manchester, England

Salary: GBP450 - GBP520 per day

DevOps Engineer – JRSS Application Developer - Remote Working

My client requires an experienced professional to fulfil this role on an initial 6 months contract. The role will be 100% remote working for the time being with a view to working from the offices in Manchester in the future.

Required skills:
• Continuous Integration e.g. Jenkins UrbanCode SonarQube Nexus;
• Containerisation e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Source code management tools such as GitHub, BitBucket, RTC;
• Monitoring tools e.g. Nagios, Zabbix; experience on the AWS cloud platform;
• Infrastructure as Code experience using tools such as Terraform Puppet, Ansible, Chef;
• System administration of Linux & Windows;
• Automation Testing tools e.g. Selenium JUnit;
• Coding & shell scripts using languages such as Bash, Ruby, YAML
• Nice to have skills: Java, Jenkins, API Gateway, Node JS, Python
• Positive, energetic and fast-learner who has experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and DevOps culture.
