ServiceNow Specialist vacancy requiring profound Integration and DevOps knowledge for our Geneva based in the telecommunications sector.

Your experience/skills:

• 3+ years experience using ServiceNow including strong integration
• DevOps skills and JavaScript is a big asset
• Good understanding of project and change management using agile and lean principles
• Expertise in engineering and development, ideally with knowledge of at least one programming and scripting language
• Familiarity with continuous implementation and continuous deployment along with operations knowledge
• Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken

Your tasks:

• Implementing complex backlog items, training other engineers and influencing local standards, architectures and applied patterns
• Creating and refining backlog items in collaboration with the product owner as well as evaluating backlog items as a team and planning the next iteration
• Designing, implementing and configuring software solutions while ensuring built-in quality and security by implementing and executing test
• Maintaining automation frameworks and integrating the software according to the deployment concept
• Operating, improving and maintaining the monitoring of software solutions
• Providing 2nd and 3rd level support as well as on-call service including processing incidents and service requests
