The Role:
Responsibilities include
- Leading and coaching a high performing team of Assurance, IT Professionals to provide a client-centric approach that focusses on value add customer solutions, insights and outcomes;
- Modelling and growing an exceptional team culture of empowerment, innovation, professionalism, wellbeing and delivery;
- Leading large and complex assignments including managing senior stakeholder relationships to deliver high levels of client satisfaction;
- Working closely with current and new clients to understand, plan and deliver assurance services.
The Person:
You have in depth consulting experience in Audit and Assurance, and lead teams to achieve excellent results for your clients and firm. You set high standards for the work you produce and take pride in the quality of the insights you share with your clients. You have a relevant tertiary qualification, or perhaps multiple tertiary or postgraduate qualifications. Your presentation and communication skills in spoken and written form are first rate as you will negotiate with and influence senior level clients and contribute to decision-making at that level.

You must be an Australian citizen to be considered for this opportunity, preferably with an existing Commonwealth Government security clearance, but this is not essential.
The Salary/Rate:
From $100 - $180K + Super + bonuses (negotiable commensurate with experience).
