iKas International are currently recruiting for a Change Management Coordinator on behalf of an industry renowned, market leading Asset Management organisation who are looking to grow out their team. Sitting within one of the most business critical areas, this is an opportunity for an accomplished Change Management Coordinator who can provide high level Client Service Change Management expertise, taking ownership for all Change Requests received from the clients.

Skills Required:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an investment firm, or investment fund related environment providing leadership and ownership on all Change Requests. Will have the ability to manage and prioritize the process of IT Development associated to change requests and calculate the cost of change requests.

  • 2+ years of experience in an investment firm, or investment fund related, environment.
  • Extensive asset management experience, including investment operations.
  • Able to provide leadership and ownership for all Change Requests received from the client.
  • Formally log and track all client Change Requests from opening through to closure.
  • Manage and prioritize the process of IT Development associated to Change Requests.
  • Manage the relationship with the Change Management team within the client’s organization.
  • Work independently to research and deliver Change Requests considering multiple avenues for resolution.
  • Calculate the cost of Change Requests (within established guidelines) for the Client Relationship Manager to review and sign off.
  • Participate in Change Management meetings with the client.
  • Strong analysis skills, the skill to resolve complex problems and posit pragmatic solutions
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in a team-orientated, collaborative environment
  • Ability to lead discussions to a conclusion
