Compensation: $100,000 Annually (10% Bonus)

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting and analytics
- Solid experience writing queries in T-SQL, PL/SQL and broad variety of RDBMS and MPP databases
- 2+ years of experience with cloud environments like AWS and Azure, and data warehouses like Snowflake, Redshift, Redshift Spectrum and Athena
- Advanced data analysis, data management, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of data models, data governance frameworks and data reporting tools.
- Deep understanding of the data and information architecture discipline, processes, concepts and best practices.
- Strong experience with MS Office Suite
- Strong experience with handling customers and other third party vendors effectively
- Strong Customer service skills and focus required
- Self-motivated with the ability to take direction and work independently; ability to troubleshoot, track, and resolve day-to-day issues
- Must be comfortable with unstructured, fast-moving, and constantly evolving high growth environment. Passion for excellence and continuous improvement
- Experience related to pharmaceuticals industry is a plus
- Experience in data visualization techniques and tools
- Tableau experience is not required but highly recommended
- Innovative and creative with outside-the-box thinking and able to generate new ideas
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required (majors in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, Business or equivalent field strongly preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Create business intelligence solutions using various front and back-end tools
- Design, code, test, and aggregate results from SQL queries to provide information to users
- Create and maintain technical documentation describing BI deliverables, data models, relationship and dependencies between data stores
- Ensure consistency in data definitions and data usage across systems and tools
- Investigate and understand data sources, partnering closely with Business and IT teams to develop a deep holistic understanding of business processes and how
- they influence data
- Partner with IT and multiple data vendors to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Design and develop data mart / data sources to allow data to be stored and reported on in an efficient manner. More specifically, create highly efficient data sources for the Tableau developers.
- Create, maintain, and monitor Tableau extracts, processing and resolve issues
- Create models, dashboards and other analytics to assist BI customers in obtaining the information they request utilizing the appropriate tools.
- Serve as a mentor and a technical resource to the other analysts
- Ability to work with constructive criticism and flexibility, and willing to incorporate suggestions and feedback, independently or collaboratively
- Genuine excitement and passion for developing and analyzing complicated data sets and converting them into insights that drive business decisions at all levels of the organization
